Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday)
Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on Track Order
If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at [email protected] to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Sweeion cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
It usually takes 15-20 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
